How do I make a booking?
Simply enter your departure date, return date, and departure terminal using the search form on our homepage. We'll show you the best available parking options. Select your preferred product, enter your details, and pay securely online. You'll receive an instant email confirmation.

What confirmation will I receive?
Once your booking is complete you will receive an instant email confirmation containing your booking reference, travel details, and instructions for drop-off and collection. Please save this confirmation and bring it with you to the car park.

Can I amend my booking?
Yes. Amendments can be made via our Manage Booking page or by contacting Customer Support within office hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00). With more than 24 hours' notice, travel detail changes (terminals, flight details) are free. Date changes may incur charges. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Can I cancel my booking?
This depends on your booking type. Standard bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded. Flexible bookings can be cancelled subject to notice periods and administrative fees. Bookings within 24 hours of departure cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details.

When should I call before arriving at the airport?
You must call us 45–60 minutes before arriving at the airport for both Meet & Greet and Park & Ride services. This allows our driver to be there ready for your arrival. If you do not call ahead, there may be a delay in service.

What is Meet & Greet parking?
With Meet & Greet, you drive directly to your terminal. A professional driver meets you at the terminal forecourt, takes your car keys and drives your vehicle to a secure car park. On your return, simply call us after landing and your vehicle is brought back to the terminal for you. It’s the most convenient option available.

What is Park & Ride?
With Park & Ride, you drive to our car park near the airport. A shuttle bus then transports you to your terminal. On return, you call us and we dispatch the shuttle to collect you and bring you back to your vehicle. Park & Ride is our most affordable option.

What is the height restriction?
The maximum vehicle height for our car parks is 2 metres. If your vehicle exceeds this, we are unable to accept the booking. Please check before booking if you drive a large SUV, van or any high-sided vehicle.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details on our servers.

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. We use PCI-compliant payment processors (Stripe, PayPal and Square). We do not collect, store or have access to your card details — they are handled entirely by our payment processors on their secure platforms.

Are there any hidden charges?
The price shown at checkout is the final price for our service. However, please be aware of:
- The £6 Heathrow drop-off charge (introduced by Heathrow Airport in 2021 — not included in our price)
- Potential ULEZ charges of £12.50 if your vehicle does not meet London emission standards
These charges are collected by Heathrow Airport and TfL respectively, and are outside our control.

Is my vehicle insured while it is parked?
Our service is 100% insured, covering vehicle damage up to £2 Million GBP. However, this does not cover personal items left in vehicles. Please remove all valuables before handing over your vehicle.

Should I leave valuables in my car?
No. Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before parking. We accept no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to items left in vehicles. This includes electronics, jewellery, cash, documents, and personal items.

Are you affiliated with Heathrow Airport?
No. ParkHeathrow is a private, independent car park booking company. We are not affiliated with Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd or heathrow.com. We operate our own independent parking services near Heathrow Airport.

Which terminals do you serve?
We serve all four Heathrow terminals: Terminal 2, Terminal 3, Terminal 4 and Terminal 5. Please specify your departure terminal when making your booking.

How do I track my booking?
You can track your booking using the booking reference and email address from your confirmation email at our booking tracker page.
