How long does the shuttle take?
The shuttle journey from our car park to the terminal typically takes 10–20 minutes depending on traffic and which terminal you are travelling from. We recommend arriving at our car park at least 75 minutes before your required check-in time.
Does the shuttle run at night?
Yes — our shuttle service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to match Heathrow flight schedules. Please allow slightly longer at night as frequencies may be reduced.
Can I book for multiple passengers in one car?
Yes — the price covers the vehicle, not per passenger. One booking covers everyone travelling in the same car.
Is the car park safe?
Yes. Our compound is fully fenced and barrier-controlled. We also use ANPR (number plate recognition) on entry and exit points, with trained staff procedures in place.
