When your flight lands, your car is brought back to the arrivals area. It's the most convenient way to park at Heathrow — available at T2, T3, T4 and T5.

Where is your Heathrow parking compound located?

Our secure compound is located at West Drayton, UB7 0JB — just 5 to 7 minutes from Heathrow Airport. With meet and greet, you never need to visit the compound yourself. With our park and ride service, you drive to the compound and we shuttle you directly to your departure terminal.

Do you cover all four Heathrow terminals?

Yes — we provide meet and greet parking at all Heathrow terminals: Terminal 2, Terminal 3, Terminal 4 and Terminal 5. Simply select your terminal during the booking process and our driver will be there to meet you.

Are your drivers DBS-checked and insured?

Absolutely. Every driver we use is DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked, fully insured and wears a uniform so you can identify them easily at the terminal. Your vehicle is covered by our insurance while it is in our care.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We offer cancellations with a full refund minus a £20 administration fee, unless you have purchased our cancellation cover. To request a cancellation, email us at support@heathrowmeetpark.uk or use the Manage Booking section on this website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely — your card details are never stored on our servers.

I haven't received my booking confirmation — what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at support@heathrowmeetpark.uk or via WhatsApp and we'll resend it immediately. As long as your payment went through, your booking is confirmed and you can arrive at the terminal as planned.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

No problem at all — we monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, simply let us know via WhatsApp or email and we will adjust your collection time accordingly. There is no extra charge for reasonable flight delays.

Is the park and ride shuttle included in the price?

Yes — the shuttle transfer between our compound and Heathrow Airport is completely complimentary for all park and ride bookings. We run regular transfers to all terminals so waiting time is kept to a minimum.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred service type and the best price. That said, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability — so if your trip is coming up soon, check availability above right now.
